The " Sex and the City " Star and her actor husband Matthew Broderick have cut $2.05 million off the asking price of their posh Greenwich Village townhouse . The home is now on the market for not-so-bargain price of $19.95 million down from $22 million .

The fashionista paid $19 million for the 6,800-square-foot townhouse at 20 E 10th Street in 2011 and renovated it from top to bottom .But the family reportedly never lived there .Instead ,Parker used the home as a giant closet for all her designer shoes .

Parker ,who has three children with Broderick ,is reportedly jetting to Italy this month to shoot her latest film " All roads lead to Rome " a romantic comedy in which she co-stars with Italian heartthrob Raoul Bova .
